Adi parried all of his sword thrusts and broke out of the lock with a boot to Genjis chest. With a few choice words, Adimus antaginized Genji, provoking him to pull out his mask and fight for real. Genji smiled and took a few steps back from Adimus. "No Adi, no mask yet, but let me show you the true form of Mashin, when we become even more close, when we become one." Genji held his zanpakuto out in front of him blade down and let it go. The sword stayed motionless in mid air and began releasing purplish energy that engulfed Genji in a sphere of gravity, comepletely hiding him from sight. All around the sphere danced red bolts of positve and negative energy. From within the sphere in a dark and calm voice Genji spoke "Bankai" Suddenly the sphere imploded till there was nothing but a small ball in mid-air, before expanding back outward in a shockwave. As the shockwave subsided, there was Genji floating in air, big angel wings, black in color, flapped ocassionally, holding him there. He was dressed in jet black combat robes outlined in white, that looked like they where made from an anicent arcane cloth. His skin was engulfed in dark energy and his once black hair had gone white from the power, but his sword was nowhere to be found. "Dark Fallen Angel. Now to show you the true form of my Zanpakuto, a form even you havent seen." Genji reached his right hand into another dimention right in front of him, and pulled out a beautifully deadly black scythe. "Ready?" Genji flash stpped with blinding speed near Adimus and swung his scythe to wrap the blade around Adimus. With his left hand he pointed a finger at Adi's Chest. "Hado 4 Byakurai, Pale lightning." Energy gathered and danced at his fingertip before erupting in a bolt of blue lightning towards Adimus.

{Chapter 14: Lightning Flashes and Darkness Binds.}

As Adi felt the immense flux of power coming from Genji, his center was shaken and he had to step back to brace himself from the sudden blast of power. As the dust cleared, Adi saw Genji in his full lime light, seen only once by his own eyes and that was when they had fought the giant worm together back in America.

"Things just got interesting..." Adi said readying himself for combat. No sooner had he finished that Genji had appeared before him, with his scythe behind his back, charging up a Hadou spell, and when he fired it, a bolt of blue lightning shot out of his finger tips.

Right before this however, Adi stepped up a bit himself, and now super charging his body, using his "Normal" powers at their limits, he zoomed away from Genji ducking beneath the blade of Genji's weapon, and as the lightning came flying towards Adimus, he remembered an age old technique his mother had once taught him in his youth.

Thunder echoed as lightning lit up the sky, as Adi stood in his home with his mother toying with her knives. "Hey mom, have you ever fought a guy that could shoot lightning out of his fingers, like the Sith in Star Wars?" A young, pre teen Adimus asked his mother, who replied, "Kid, I once fought a man that was made of lightning himself."

With his jaw on the floor, Adi looked at his mother and asked "How did you beat him then!? A guy like that, would our swords even hurt him?"
"I didn't, it ended in a draw. I know a special technique handed down from your Grandmother. Redirection of Lightning. Any regular asshole can do it, and all it takes is knowing how to use your energy where it counts. In fact, watch this." She said as he opened the door and leapt outside into the storm. As she stood on a rock, lightning began to focus all around her, and eventually a bolt came crashing down on her. Adi panicked at first, thinking hi mother had just killed herself, but then stopped, and noticed as his mother stood there, simply holding the lightning in her hand, and as he coursed through her body, she fired it off back into the sky, just as fierce as it had came in. "The idea behind it my child," She said as he began to explain it. "Is that the human body is a conductor of electricity, in all it's forms."

"And simply letting the energy of it flow into one end of you."
Adi stood his ground, and let the lightning enter his left hand.

"And using your energy, you keep the heat and raw power from frying your flesh."
As Adi felt the lightning enter him, he felt his body begin to cook, and fusing more of his Ki with himself, he managed to avoid being killed. Although now he was a lot toastier than before.

"And let the energy flow out from the other side of you. Remember, never let it reach your heart, or else you'll get fried up entirely."
And as Adi let the energy flow through out of his right hand, he made sure to keep it away from his heart, and thusly, the energy came flying back out towards Genji. The effort left him pretty tired afterwards, since it was his first actual time trying it. "Something tells me I won't be doing that often." Adi said coughing up a bit of blood."Not bad eh Mom? Anything you can do..." He said redrawing his gun, "I can better!" And fired off a volley of reg shots towards Genji.

Adi at this point however was getting worn out, and knew this would sometime soon, or else his training would evolve into something a lot more painful.

Genji watched as Adimus glowed with energy before ducking his blade and taking control of his kido and firing it back at him. Genji summersaulted backwards quickly to avoid the lightning then followed it up with polevaulting off his scythe by bracing himself with the blade end and pushing off towards Adi with the shaft. In the air he turned the blade so it would come down sharpend toward the enemy and spun rapidly, spinning himself and his scythe in a buzzsaw like motion above Adi, before landing on the other side. -Damn, This human sure does have talent, but needs to more training- Genji then repositioned his scythe and swung it, the backside of the shaft where the blade is, at Adi's midsection, as he turned.

{Chapter 14 Cont.}

Adi saw Genji's acrobatic attacks coming towards him, and barely managed to dodge the attack. However it did hit him, slicing the skin across his stomach. Looking down to feel the blood seep out, Adi looked back up at Genji and said "Asshole, that was one of my nicest shirts." As he began to fire off more rounds at Genji while rushing in at once, unleashing a flurry of attacks using his sword and the barrel of Mr. Boomy, both coated in fire, letting loose flames of red hot intensity that heated the air.

"What else ya got!?" Adi said as he let loose swinging.

Adimus cursed Genji for ruining one of his favorite shirts with his attack, Genji tried not to smile at the comment, he wanted to be ruthless in these bouts to show his students the amount of mercy they would get...none. Adimus attacked with multiple sword slashes and gunshots, all burning hot. A few slashes connected on Genji here and there burning the wounds shut instantly, so he didnt worry about them. He jumped up and flapped his wings to get above and away from the slashes, but not the projectiles. Genji held his scythe behind his back with his right hand and held his left out towards the projectiles palm facing them. "Borutsu Gurabirei" A small sphere formed in Genji's left palm, black in color and was released towards the shots. The orb with a massive gravitational pull, dragged the projectile type attacks and debris to it within a large radius before collapsing, taking all projectiles it collected with it. Projectiles now gone, Genji looked around at his terrain. Nothing but rocks littered the ground, and nothing in the air, so he decended, landing gently on the ground. Re-raising his left hand in the same manner. "Oruga Reis" Genji creates an orb of purple energy that launches forward at Adimus in the form of a spiraling beam of purple energy. The beam, collects debris, like rocks, to enhance its damage. However, this move, in its self, is condensed gravity and delivers damage like that of a cero with or without added debris.

{Chapter 14 Cont.}

Adi attacked Genji, and even landed a few blows. However the cuts were burned close, which would be devastating to a human, but Adi remember that he was fighting a Vizard, and the woulds would not become infected, let alone scar or kill him later.

As Genji flew into the air, the shots Adi had fired at him were absorbed into the orb he had conjured, which dissipated soon after. He then casted and created a second orb, which he fired at Adimus after Genji landed, and it came at him with frightening speed.

Adi knew too well what a blast like that could do, and seeing the debris around them get sucked up and sent flying towards Adi, Adi did the one thing he knew would get him to safety for sure; He ran like hell. As he ran, he felt the pull of the orb begin to slow him down, so in a bid to get away faster, Adi charged up Mr. Boomy and fired it at the ground, propelling himself away from the blast radius of the orb.

As chunks of debris hit him, and he dusted himself off, Adi looked to Genji and said with a slight sarcastic chuckle "Damn guy, did I piss you off that much?" And lifted his firearm back up and shot out a large firery flare towards Genji, using the first ball of flame as a distraction, as Adi rushed in with a fully charged Big Boy Shot ready to be unloaded into Genji's face.

Adimus managed to escape Genji's beam by using his shotgun as a propulsion device. Genji had to smile and admire that one. "Im not pissed off, simply teaching the ruthelessness of the enemy." Hand still raised Genji gathered energy to his palm in the form of another orb, this one was small in size, but large in spiritual force. "Gravidon" The orb began to give off a very strong pull bring Adimus to him faster. "Get over here!" Adimus came flying at Genji with his gun ready to fire a final big boy shot at Genji. -This might sting- Genji increased the pull of his move and Adi was inches from hitting the orb when he fired his shot at Genji. Adi then prceeded to hit the orb as Genji was hit by his blast, so Adi only recieved half of the impact he should have as the orbs repulsion from imploding launched him into a rock formation. Genji, with no time to pull his mask, only to take the blast head on, also went flying into a rock formation. A moment passed, or atleast it seemed like a moment, before Genji stood up out of the rubble. His Bankai released, due to his lack of concentration. Sheathing his sword, he assessed his wounds. He had a few bruises here and there, but slashes on his left leg and right arm from colliding with the rocks and from the blast. "I got a little reckless in the excitment." He walked over to where Adimus lay and looked him over. He sustained about the same wounds, but was still unconsious. "Looks like i win this one friend." He said with a chuckle before falling over on his back and fading to the darkness as he fell asleep. "ZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzZZZ" (<--Genji snoring)

{Chapter 15: A Moments Reprieve}

Adi laid on his back after receiving the blast from Genji. He had succeeded in not killing himself and wounding Genji but couldn't avoid being injured himself. He had sustained a few slash wounds and a hefty load of bruises, but all in all the major thing that kept him from fighting is that he had banged his head on a rock pretty damn hard, and partly lost consciousness. "A scripted loss huh, that sucks, heheh." Adi chuckled to himself under his breath.

He could feel Genji walking up to him, and as he faded in and out, he heard speak about winning the match, and then falling over himself. A few moments later, Adi found Lou hovering over him, assessing his wounds. "So, how bad am I, will I make it?" Adi said in a sarcastic, but very worn out voice.

Lou, who was worried for a while that Adi really wasn't going to make it, said "Unfortunately yes asshole, you will. You guys banged each other up pretty good. Was not expecting that at all. Kinda makes me feel sad that I'm still so far behind you in power." Lou said smiling, then that smile fading to a expressionless face as he continued to patch Adi up. "Look Lou, you're not that far behind me, and even then, I've been doing this since I was 8, you only started five years ago. Besides, we got a long while left down here, so who knows how much stronger you'll get." Adi said as he began to fade back out of consciousness.

Lou took another syringe from his kit and stabbed it into Adi's neck, giving him a a sedative to let him rest for awhile. He then dragged Adi back to camp and laid him down to rest, just in time to notice Chase waking up. Lou remembered how he tended to carry around a large amount of weapons with him, and in addition to those the parts needed to maintain and even rebuild them.

Then Lou got a spark of an idea. "Hey kid, you have a bunch of guns and stuff right? You wouldn't mind if I look through a few of them would ya? As you saw earlier, my guns are kinda broken and I like to fight with guns. A lot. So I need your help is what I'm saying. Let me borrow your stuff so I can build myself some new guns. Besides, I patched you up, you kinda owe me." Lou said to Chase with his arms crossed as one hand lazily pointing at the boy.

Genji fell back to the ground behind him with a smile on his face. Eyes closed, he fell into a sleep, a sleep that he hadent been able to reach for quite awhile. Visions of his past adventures with adimus and his comrades flashed by and the fun times they had, giving him a sense of peace for once in a long time.

-Chase

Chase came to as Genji fell to the earth behind him. He looked over at Adimus who was also knocked out and patched up. Lou stood over Chase holding bandages and medicine from his patch work on the others and asked Chase if he could help him out with getting new weapons, uzi's to be exact. Still al little disorientated Chase began to speak. "What?, no, wait...ya i can help you get new weapons, but first can you fill me in on what the fuck happened to me and those two?"

{Chapter 16: New Armaments? Why Thank You!}

Lou listened to Chase come to and ask just what in the hell happened. Lou's answer was a tad out of the blue, but the best one he could come up with on a short notice seeing how he didn't want to let Chase know everything that those two were capable of. "A giant dragon attacked us and spit meteors at us as we cried in the corner like baby pansy fucks. Those two fought it off and raped it in the ass as it ran away. Now then more importantly, I need new guns, and not Uzi's, done with those." Lou sat back down as he thought of what he should make now.

"Brain, Uzi's now suck for this kind of thing, I need an idea for a better type of dual wieldable fire arm."

"Ya know, I recall a time whilst in Israel that you once used something called a Desert Eagle. And it was a big sucker too, like a .50cal one, wasn't it?"

"Ooo! Yea! There we go Brain! I like that idea! Maybe The kid has some on him!" Lou said as he talked to himself. Openly. Out loud. Then he turned to Chase and asked him about the items in question.

"Hey uhh, this is a tad random but you wouldn't happen to have, or be able to procure, a set of AE Desert Eagle .50 Caliber magnums would you?"

Chase gazed at Lou with a puzzled look as he tried to feed him a bullshit answer as to what happened down here. As Lou was talking to himself again, Chase looked down at his body and noticed he was wrapped up something fierce in bandages. -I must of had the shit kicked out of me. Maybe i can get a straight answer from Adimus when he wakes up.- Chase glanced over at Adimus laying motionless on the ground still. -If he wakes up.- Chase's thoughts where intertupted by Lou's sudden request for a set of 50 cal deseert eagles. "I could get you D-gles that are normal by tomorrow, but i think you should wait a day or two to get ones made from orichalcum so they can withstand alot more punishment. Not to mention i can show you how to charge your weapons with your spirit pressure so that they are light to you, but weigh 1 ton to anybody else." Chase moved his arms and wiggled his toes to see if anything hurt, but it didnt. Something had to have happened or he wouldnt be so bandaged up. Rising to his feet, he walked over to where the other two lay and turned back to face lou before sitting back down. -Now to wait for these two-

{Chapter 16 Cont.}

"Oricaliculumazan wah? Never mind, it sounds good. Heavy weapon to someone else, but light to me, works ok. But you can't get a .50 cal edition set eh? Only regular....." Lou said as he contemplated how he would get his hands on a pair. Then it came to him; This place had workshops and smiths, and maybe he could "borrow" a table and a set of tools and make himself a pair of .50 cal magnums.

"Kid, I like you, thank you quite very much. Now then, lemme go wake these fools up and see what we can do to get the training moving back along again." Lou said as he grabbed a small syringe filled with a chemical compound used to make people snap back to reality. He injected the first dose into Adimus, and after a few moments, he came to with a hardy coughing fit.

After it subsided, he looked around and found his wounds had healed some, and he was able to walk again. "How do you feel bud?" Lou said hanging over him.
"Like the morning after a night of shore leave. But other than that I feel great. Is Genji back up yet?" Adi responded.

Walking over to Genji, Lou tried the same syringe based drug on Genji but it had no effect. "Must not work on his race I guess." Lou thought to himself before turning back to Adi and nodding "no" to him declaring Genji won't be up for a little while. "I see then." Adi said in return, getting himself up with mild difficulty.

"If he's going to be out for awhile, then I'm going to be heading up towards the canyon area for a bit. Something there is pulling me towards it, but I don't know what yet, so I'm going to go find out. Be back soon." Adi said as he gather up a few things and left for the canyon region of the Basement. "Oh, and while I'm away, why don't you two train a bit, like a sparring session or something, you could stand a warm up or two."

Lou looked at Adi and then to Chase, and back to Adi before saying "That ain't a half bad idea. Could teach the kid a thing or two about knife fighting and CQC too." Lou said with his hands on his hips and as walked over to Chase. "So how about it? Wanna have a quick light training match or two?"

Chase liked the idea of sparring with somebody closer to his level of skill. Genji didnt show any mercy agaisnt him and he could barley remember what happened. "Ok, im down, do you want your new guns now or later? Its up to you, lou." Chase stood up and dawned his top and his revolvers. They shined briefly recognizing his spirit pressure signature. He felt fit as he had before he had started his last match, in fact, he felt a little stronger, as if his defeat gave him a little bit more strength. Walking over to Genji, Chase knelt down and looked him over. His wounds had already began to close up and the bruising was fading away right before his eyes. "Man you guys have some good medacine, i gotta get the name of your pharmasist." He said jokingly before returning to the camp fire. "Alright lou, where to?" Obviously they couldnt fight so near to camp or Genji because of running the risk of them getting in the crossfire.

{Chapter 17: The Valley Of The Breathing Gods}

"Well it would seem I've gotten myself into another fine predicament." Adi said to himself as he clung to a small piece of rope that was keeping him from falling and splattering all over the rocky canyon floor beneath him. During his time travelling up to the Windy Canyon, Adi felt a small force pulling him towards a particular area, and when he came upon the actual cliff side, he decided the only way to continue was downward. And thusly, when the rockface gave out and left him dangling thousands of feet in the air, he now found himself, in such a lovely predicament.

But all wasn't totally lost. After all, he's the human hero of our story; He's not allowed to die until the end!

As he hung in the air, a small girls voice began to echo in Adi's ears. As Adi looked around, thinking that the constricted blood flow and fear of inevitable death was starting to make him finally go insane, Adi glanced over to his side one more time and found a small, light blue haired girl floating next to him. With a well timed "Boo!" the little spirit made Adi jump and lose his grip on the rope, thus, letting him fall to his death.

But hey, I did say he was the human hero in all this right? So how could he fall to his death like that, especially if he's narrating this part of the story, right!? But hey fucker, shut the hell up, haven't you ever seen Sin City or 300? Narrator, fucking, died. Period.

But yes, of course, you're right in this case. Fuckhead. The little girl spirit let Adimus fall quite a bit before finally speaking to him. "You know you can survive this right. I mean there's wind EVERYWHERE here and it's really easy to make it do stuff for you! Like this!" The spirit before suddenly making Adi float in the air as he was a leaf on the wind. Making his heartbeat go back to normal as he blood returned to the proper spots of his body, Adi decided to stop shitting himself and balance out as he was held by the girl. "Who are you?" he asked, as he went on to introduce himself.

"Why that's an easy one! My names Ariel, and I'm a Wind Druid!" replied to the little girl. "Nice to meet cha Adimus! Now, why are you all the way out here? You can't even fly! You'd be dead if I hadn't shown up mister!" Ariel said to Adi.

"I know I can't fly, but I felt this weird thing pulling and telling me to come here, quite the simple Ariel, what else can I say?" He replied. When Ariel heard it, her face contorted a bit, then relaxed as she abruptly decided to drop Adimus and let him continue falling to his doom, saying "You're boring, learn to fly on your own!"

"Oh fuck me sidewaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaays!!!!!!!!!!!" Adi yelled as he resumed his decent to the canyon floor. "Wind, something, birds, help me! Oh for fucks sake!" Adi said desperately trying to use his energy to control the air around him but to no avail. Then suddenly the little girl appeared again, falling directly next to him. "Here's a hint: Let it all go, and fall on faith."

"A leap Of Faith? You know the last time I did one of those I was actually kicked into a death pit known as a volcano." Adi replied, but decided in his current situation, not much else was a better choice. As he let go, he began to feel not so scared of his shitty death and it kinda felt like, well, flying. As he eased up, Ariel took control for a bit, and began to let him understand the basics of wind manipulation, and soon enough, right before he was about to smash face first into a rocky canyon floor, Adi was able to use the wind to not only soften his fall greatly, but begin to actually fly, with Ariel's help of course.

Together, the two flew around like birds, and Adi began to learn how to bend the wind to his aid.

Meanwhile, good ole Lou was taking Chase to small little clearing where the two could gave a nice one on one gun fight. "Oh, um, about the guns, I'll take what ya got for now, and thanks a -lot- for the help in that area. So hard to find good help these days..." He said to Chase as he neared the area. "Huzzah! We have founded this land as our own! For Fighting! And we shall call it.......This Land!" Lou yelled out towards the sky as he noticed Chase reaching for what appeared to be firearms. Having a small mental breakdown, his vision turned and what appeared to be a gift to Lou suddenly looked like a betrayal. A cursed and inevitable betrayal >_>! "Curse you! For I foresaw your sudden and inevitable betrayal!" Lou screamed as he lunged at Chase with both Hatchets glaring!

Chase walked behind Lou to a undetermined destination, atleast he didnt know where they where going. Upon arrival Chase began to fish around in his bag for the guns he was going to lend lou, not paying attention to what lou was saying. Right as he seen the guns, lou had yelled out something crazy and began charging Chase with two hatchets. Chase quickly dropped his bag and pulled out his revolvers, meeting Lous hatchets in a deadlock. "ok, guess we are starting then" Chase said with a surpised look. Chase pushed lous hatchets back and back flipped high in the air, pushing himself higher then normal with his spirit pressure. Then while in mid-air he began spinning and firing rounds of spirit pressure at Lou before landing on the ground a couple feet back.

Genji came too at the camp site with nobody around. "Damn, how long was i out? Where did everybody go?" Genji looked around and didnt see anybody, so instead he felt them with his spirit pressure. Two where sparring, looked like Chase and Lou, as for Adi, looks like he ventured to the mountains for some meditation. "I guess i'll go watch the show." He said to himself loud enough for only him to hear. He picked up his zanpakuto and placed it in his belt. His wounds he sustained from being carless had already began to heal nicely. The medacine he had lou carry worked quite well on most races. Shunpo'ing to where the two where sparring, he looked for a good spot to stop. He rested on a nearby rock and took in the site of the two's progress.
