Name: Dumas Balthazaar
Age: The body, a mere 172. Looks good doesn't it? Yea, I'm sexy like that. But as for me, I've been around for as long as time could be told.
Gender: I prefer to be male, thank you.
Personality: Cool, sly, collected, and evil. How most ladies like their men, and trust in this, Balth has broken plenty of women, so he should know. The man has so many evil thoughts and ideas running through his mind he puts evil genius' to shame, and loves to torture his victims. Honestly, that's all there is to him. Women love to be and want to be with him, and men die and kill to be like him. Of course there's the flipside, the same side that happens to everyone that's all cool and bad ass when they begin to lose, and that's the side that goes berserk when he begins to lose.
Appearance:
Origin of Power: He's a demon. A very powerful one at that. That explains the demonic powers he happens to hold in possession. The Necromancer powers come from the current body he's possessing, which was another villain known as Lord Amadeus Reinhardt, a Hundreds-Of-Years-Old Necromatic human that once tried to rule the world. As such, after possessing him, he gained his abilities of necromancy, and in addition to summoning demons, he can summon the dead. The range is
Special Abilities: As a Daemon, he can shoot Fel Fire Balls, Use Fel Fire with deadly precision, and Summon other weaker Demons. As a Necromancer, He can summon the dead, i.e Spirits, dead soldiers, things of that nature. He can also enslave demons, possess those of a weak mind and will, and turn a recently dead person into his minion. This guy's a dick in battle, a real big one. Oh yea, he also has kick ass laser eye beams, ya know, part of being an evil overlord from hell.
Powers First Stage: Summon Undead. This power goes in sub-stages, and there is a range for it, and that range is 1 super summon, or 200 low level summons, or 100 low level, and the rest divided evenly minus the super summon.
Ghouls and Skeletons - Ghouls and Skeletons are basic foot soldiers, and Balth can summon large numbers at once, up to a 100 of each with dire ease. However they also die with relative ease. However Skeletons can carry out orders like a regular foot soldier, whereas a ghoul has the ability to explode themselves, causing damage to enemies within 25 feet.
Skeleton Knight - These Skeletons have armor and much higher grade weaponry, and are mounted on horseback. He can summon up to 25 at once and charge enemies using them. He can also strap bombs to their back, and sned them all in as suicide bombers, doing the same damage as ghouls when they explode.
Necro Mage - An undead Magus. Can use the elements of Ice, Fire, Shadow, Lightning, and fight at melee range using it's short sword. Summon 10 at a time, and can revive recently dead enemies and turn them into ghouls and skeletons.
Necro Knight - A giant, massive super skeleton made of giant bones and pieced together with hundred other skeletons and bodies, equipped in full armor, and swings around a giant axe. It stands at 90 feet tall and the axe reach is 160 feet. Capable of small magic spells. It's a giant of a monster, and used mostly as transportation or a wall breaker. Can only summon one at a time, and has to be only one, since it takes a massive amount of Necro Energy to summon.
Powers Second Stage: Summon Daemon. Same as undead, but with a demonic twist. Same number rules apply as well. He also can enslave demons, a bit of a special ability learned after being in hell for eons.
Summon Imps - Summon low level, damn near pitiful imps that shoot fireballs, and fire off shadow orbs that explode in a radius of 30ft, causing burn damage and a slowing effect of 25% movement speed reduction for 2 posts if hit. Summon 10 at once.
Summon Hell Hound - Summons giant Hell Hounds, equipped with hardened skin capabe of reflecting bullets and mid level kidou attacks, and blades can break through only if struck hard enough. Summon 20 at once, and they come with big claws, which are bad, big teeth, which are bad, and long tails, which are bad for the young adventurer hero. They also hunt and attack in packs, hence they are coordinated. Good luck.
Summon Fel Knights - Summons 15 very powerful and deadly, fully equipped knights. all capable of using Fel Fire, and well versed in combat. Unable to flash step or use ranged attacks past 30 feet. Can also take a hit, and explode upon death, exploding in Fel Fire outwards of 15 feet.
Summon Fel Guardsman - Summons a 50 foot tall Dreadnaught with an even bigger axe that emits Fel Fire. Capable of a War Stomp that stuns enemies within 20 feet of the Fel Guard. Has super strength, and can move extremely fast in one direction using a battle charge ability. In full armor, very resilent to magic and kidou, even more so to bullets and melee weapons, and freakishly versed in combative abilities. Also very very hard to kill, and can has a cooldown of 10 posts. However, when summoned, it stays until killed, and the CD only occurs after it's been killed.
Powers Third Stage: Fel Fire Manipulation - Capable of Firing balls and orbs of Fel Fire, which as we all know, burns hotter then regular fire, and attaches to it's target, burning it at a much faster rate. Can only be put out with Magically charged water, powerful healing magic, or pure unbridled will power (good luck with that one). Wields it like a surgeon, deadly accurate in his attacks with it, can make a spark of it grow into a bon fire, and can even whip it around like...A whip. He can also imbue weapons with Fel Fire, making them just that much deadlier. To delve deeper into the manipulation of the Flames, He can make beings of fire to fight for him, which die out after four posts, and can created streams of fire that can be shot off and controlled like missles that home in on it's target.
Dark Necro Energy Manipulation - Literally the exact same as the Fel Fire, only differences is that he cannot burn things with it, but instead kill it off, like the Necro energy kills the flesh that it hits, or causes concussive blasts on non living targets. Also adds slowing effects, 50% reduced speed for 3 posts. Same skillfull abilities, and surgeon like accuracy.
Life Drain - Like a true to life demon that's on his last heel, this sack of shit will play his trump card, which is a beam of raw energy that sucks the life out of a target to heal his ownself. This move can only be done to a target within the range of 15 feet, and takes two posts to complete the process of the life drain. Once done, it cannot be done again for an entire 24hour period. The target of the Life Drain does not die unless already near death or the player himself wishes the character dead, but none-the-less the target will be severely weakened.
History/Background: Dumas Balthazaar himself doesn't have much a history really. When the first man took up arms against his fellow neighbor, you could say Balth was born then, or when greed and avarice first took hold in mankind's heart. The thing is, Balthazaar has been around as long as humans have had personal issues, and as such, he is very damn old. However, like any other demon, he is bound to astral planes of existence only, and must inhabit a living body to be able to roam phsyical planes of existence, such as Earth, or even Soul Society and Hueco Mundo.
How he got to inhabit his current body now is a bit of a tricky situation, and a bad omen for humanity in it's darkest hour. You see, awhile back right before all things went to hell, there was this Necromancer, you might remember him, Lord Amadeus Reinhardt. This guy was a seven-hundred year old human, and through his necrotic magic kept his crappy ass aging body alive. Amadeus was also beat down several times by the Jade Order, and sealed away to hopefully never cause hell to the human race again. And to think, not one Shinigami knew about it.
Anywho, one day during Amadeus' time under ensealment, he was trying to summon a demon to aid in his breaking out of his prison, but instead awoken the one and only Balthazaar. Just as Amadeus was about to enslave him, Balthazaar decided that would be a most inconvenient business deal, and instead overpowered the weakening necromancer and took over his body. The massive influx of raw power turned the aged and near lifeless corpse of Amadeus into it's vastly younger and more powerful form. Rising up from the explosion that took place as a result of the ritual going wrong, Balthazaar, in his new body broke the weakened seal and let himself out of the prison Amadeus had been a victim of.
Looking upon the world with human eyes for the first time in countless years, Balthazaar walked upon the earth and decided that he would have some fun in his new chance. After all, Amadeus wanted the world, and with all the new perks his body gave Balth, why not try to take over the world. The only problem was all these Hollow things running around, and those damned Arrancar and Shinigami suddenly popping up, and what was with all the humans suddenly being powerful? "I guess I'll have to start with killing off those damn Arrancar people, thinking they're all that. Hmph, and those new found humans, man, how times have changed."
