Name: Luis J. Myung-Ki

Personality: Luis is a mentally unstable war veteran that served alongside Adimus in the military before the Hollow War, and the Jade Order right after it. He is brash, rough, and extremely unstable in the head, often letting his emotions get the better of him. However when around Adi this is much less so, since he owes his life to Adimus and doesn't want to come off as a burden to the man. He also has a rather creepy obsession with bombs and things related to bombs. The guy could probably build, arm and defuse an Atom Bomb with a Paper clip if you let him.
However when he's not going insane, he is extremely clever, and full of wit, allowing him to mingle and mess with other peoples heads like it was a board game and get himself out of sticky situations without having to use any "Bullshit No Jutsu" as he so coins people with high grade powers. In addition, he also has a slight side affect from his state of health; He claims that his Brain tells him to do stuff, and the thing is, it's true. To him, his Brain is like another character in and of itself, and comments on everything that Lou does or hears about. This tends to piss Lou off and at seemingly random times Lou will have a very angry outburst. The best way to keep him clam however, is to stuff him with doughnuts and milk, and play a ukelele. Yea, that's right.
Appearance:
The guy's half Hispanic and half Korean. Stands at about 6ft flat, and wears basic field scout gear that the military wore just before the war started. He wears two gun holsters for his twin Mini Uzis named Nuts and Bolts, and also wears twin hatchets on his back, Ebony and Ivory, of which in the pic you only see the ends of the hatchets, not the over-sized blades themselves. He also carries a crapload of bomb material with him, for after all, the man is a bomb fanatic.
Origin of Power: Right when the surge of power hit the world, Lou was your average post war psychopath that had his issues here and there and loved his bombs. But suddenly, he had a massive spike in his reiki and became....Splosion Man! Or so was his codename, but now it took on a rather literal meaning. He had the basic powers fo seeing things, sensing out others, and turning regular bullets into WMD's, but he did get the new found power to turn himself into a bomb, blow up, and later reassemble himself! Of course thats figurative and not literal! He simply just loses his "glow" and goes back to normal!
Special Abilities: He can build a bomb from friggun anything, literally, and depending upon whats around him, the bomb can be a big boom or a small boom. Also he can operate any form of machinery and drive any vehicle. Reason why is because the man spent two years inside a cell learning everything about machines and vehicles!
Powers First Stage: These are basic powers most humans already have. And they go something like this!
Uzi Blast! - Either using his own spirit energy as bullets, or using regular bullets, Lou can use his Uzis to damamge and even kill Hollows. To an Arrancar it's liek beign shot by alot of really strong pellets. When he combines the two however (bullets and reiki) the shots become much more powerful, able to actually harm some arrancar and any hollow, as long as its not a giant 500ft worm.
Powers Second Stage: Lou Ditches the Uzis for some more fire power in Stage Two of his Powers and Abilities. First among the, is this!
Sex Bo-Bomb: Taking a grenade, or any explosive device that just so happens to be lying around, Lou will infuse his spirit energy into it and throw at the enemy. And that's it. Really. C`mon people it's a fing bomb! If the person doesn't throw/knock it back or move away from it, they're seriously going to get hurt, even an Arrancar. Well maybe not an Arrancar, but they might get a small bruise from it!
Ebony And Ivory!: Whipping out (lol) his twin hatchets Ebony & Ivory, Lou gets personal, very personal, as he hacks his way through his enemies. Ebony can be charged up with Lou's energy to unleash Shadow Slashes for added damage and slowing effects on his enemy (2 post count), whilst Ivory is used for Light based Attacks, allowing him to blind his enemy(2 post count) and even burn them from the intense heat radiated off from the light. In rare, very very very rare instances, the Light has sometimes healed he minor wounds Lou has sustained, such as small cuts and bruises as he hacked his way through hordes of people I mean hollows! And don't forget, hatchets can be thrown, which he does! Ebony explodes like a shadow energy that slows down people by 1/3 their normal speed and Ivory just burns them up a bit. The explosion radius is a mere 20ft, but still, the man can throw hatchets at people! I mean Hollows!
Powers Third Stage: The Ultimate ability for a bomb fanatic: Become one!

`Splosion Man! - Lou emits an intense field of his own spirit energy all around his body, and once he's done, he resembles a glowing silhouette of a man, and the glow is an orange color! Like Fire! Each limb represents a bomb, that explodes from outward to a radius of 50ft with a devastating effect, and this moves him impervious to damage. However, there is a catch to this move. If you hit the limb that's glowing with a strong attack, and that means damn near anything in this day and age, the limb will not receive any damage but will also no longer be lit up, meaning it wont happen again. In addition, once the bomb of that limb has been used, it cannot "splode" a second time, again, leaving him open for attack.
As far as friggun durations go, Lou can do this move only twice a day per limb, so this really is a trump card, especially when he gives you one big happy SPLOSION BEAR HUG of violent inevitable and painful !fire! death.
History/Background: Lou was born as a biracial kid to a Cuban Father and a Korean Mother in Chinatown, Phili, PA. At a young age, he was an extremely smart and clever kid, and had a knack for the mechanical. He was also well versed in Tang Soo Do and White Crane Kung Fu, since both his parents own a Martial Arts Academy that housed several worldly arts.
At age 19, he joined the military and was soon recruited to join a secret group of the worlds best soldiers, Taskforce SilentKnight. it was here that he met Adimus, and together the two became an amazing team, taking down entire bases on their own and making wars both begin and end on their whim. However during the first stages of the "Soul War", as coined by Lou, his unit began to drop like flies, and eventually everything went to hell entirely and both he and Adi went freelance. or so he thought he was going to. Adi took notice towards Lou's developing powers, and after they spent time searching for Lou's family to no avail, Adi told Lou about the Jade Order, and had them take Lou in, and be trained on how to use his powers.
To this day Lou remains Adimus' partner in crime, and in the recent events of the world, the two have been temporarily separated, but with his recent assignment to go and find Adimus and accompany him on his adventures, it won't be long before the Delinquent Duo is back in action. Oh yea, he still hasn't given up on his parents and family, he feels that they're still alive somewhere, and he will find them, damn it.
