Personality: Li JongJong is a man who perceives things on many levels, as a detective would persay. Sharp, tactful, tasteful, and thorough with his methodology, Kazuki is one not to be messed with. He will also ruthlessly pursue anyone or anything that must be bought down for the good of others, and isn't one to let go once he's bitten down onto a lead of any kind. He loves his comrades deeply, and often refers to them as his "family", and if need be won't hesitate to violently kill anything that threatens them.
In addition, he is also somewhat kind and caring, filled with immense wisdom and often finds himself teaching others the ways of whatever they ask for. As such the man also has a taste for the lazy man's way of living, and will hesitate when it comes time for work, but the second it involves children, or the helpless, bet your ass Ol` JongJong will be up in no time to kick your ass six ways to Sunday.
Zankpakuto
Zanpakuto Name: Redijasutisu (Lady Justice)
Zanpakuto Spirit Apperance: It's a small girl in a toga and sandals, with short black, bobbed hair and blindfold on, with weighted scales in her left hand and a sword in her right. Her name within this world itself is unknown, for she is blind to all, and judges accordingly.
Zanpakuto Spirit Personality: "Lady Justice is blind sera, and as such she shall judge thee accordingly within the laws of the Dogmatic, and with the Sword Of Truth cast ye out, and with the Scales of the Soul, bring solace and peace." True Story. But yea the little girl is like that in a way, and offers JongJong advice on a regular basis, whether or not he wants it.
Zanpakuto Realm: An atrium shaped courtroom, all seats empty but the Judge's seat, where the spirit herself resides.
Un-released State: The sword rests inside of a sheath carried on his back and resembles the most blandest, simplest form of a katana possible.
Call out Phrase: Judge Thy Spirit Fairly, and Punish thee for thy sins.
Shikai State: As you can see, it's fing huge, and resembles some kind of halberd, dao, katana, hybrid. The blade itself looks like damascus steel and has a silvered cross guard with leather wrapped hilt with pike pommel.
Shikai Powers: Reiki Empowerment - Allows JongJong to wield Redijasutisu like she was a feather, making him stronger and faster on the battlefield, and usually a priority kill. With his energy radiating off of him and his blade, every time he strikes the enemy gets a taste of both his steel and the burning power of his Ki.
In addition, he can swing around his weapon flinging off waves of power through the air, slashing everything in it's path. (The path is a cone based attacked that attacks 30 yards outward, 30 yards up, and weakens with distance, nonetheless is hurts like a mofo and can lay someone out if it hits at point blank range.
Bankai State: Nothing much changes, with the exception JongJong becomes much more bad ass with the fact he now wears a blood stained blindfold. In addition, his robes become that of a Supreme Judge and he gains a judge's hammer as his off hand weapon. Bankai Powers: Balance Of Power - The battlefield transforms into a pair of giant weighted scales. The combatants are taken to the middle, where JongJong and his opponent's power levels are equaled out. For example, if JongJong is stronger, his power is decreased, while his opponent's power is raised until they balance out equally between each other. From there, the two are forced to fight as equals to determine who shall be granted Favor of Lady Justice. However, in the end, it is Lady Justice herself that decides who gets what, as to prevent JongJong from going on a sentencing spree. If JongJong wins the fight, he and his opponent are transported to his side of the scales. If he loses, or is deemed "wrong" in the eyes of Justice, he and his opponent are transported to the other side of the scales, and dominion is granted over JongJong, leaving him at the mercy of his opponent.
The scales are set as such: Jongjong's scale is granted dominion, allowing him immense power and capability,giving him freedom to judge his opponent however he pleases.
The Second set of the scales grants JongJong's opponent Dominion over JongJong, which allows that person to judge JongJong to how they see fit. Should this occur, JongJong will be at the full mercy of his opponent in any manner they choose.
When the finishing blow is to be delivered, should JongJong find his opponent guilty of their sins, the final blow MUST be delivered via his Judge's hammer, or else the blow will be null and void.
The best way to compare this would be to compare it to Tousen's Bankai of making a giant dome where you're blind as all hell. it changes the battlefield, and it can be the tide turner of a battle, for better or for worse.
History: During the reign of the Ming Dynasty, JongJong was a member of the Imperial Court, and a Judge Of The Law within the lands. He was also a sherriff of his province, and on many an occasion, was a detective and investigated the crimes of his area. However he was corrupted over time, with promises of power, women, and money, and sentenced many innocent people to their early fate. However in time he felt the guilt of his actions, and vowed to turn a new leaf, but would be unable to for a turn of events that would bring about his death. When foreign invaders came to China, he was forced to fight them off, but was killed during a last stand battle trying to save the lives of the children whose parents he had sent to their deaths. When he died, his soul was lost in limbo, but not sent directly to hell.
But alas, all was not lost for the wayward soul. He was given a second chance for the innocents he had killed by his actions, and for the corruption of his soul. Awakening in Soul Society, JongJong was a rare one; he remembered some of his life as a human, and remembered what he had done. As such, his soul was tormented, and after spending time in seclusion, he found out his zanpaktou's name and decided to go to the Spirit Academy.
While inside, he quickly learned the ropes and skills needed to be a shinigami, and mastered his abilities with his Zanpaktou. After all, learing an entire nations book of law makes learning a list of Kidou Spells a joke. So when he went to become an official Soul Reaper, he was picked quickly and easily made 5th seat within the 6th squad. Soon JongJong began to learn and speak further to his sword, learning her innermost secrets, and in turn learning to know and trust himself again. Within time, alot of time, he learned how to use his bankai, and soon his chance to become 6th squad captain showed itself.
With all the other captains leaving for Division Zero, a mass vacancy was left, and seeing how JongJong was powerful enough to take upa cpatains spot, he applied for the position.....In blood. Of his enemies to be exact. You see, his division was that of a corrupt one, with many shinigami not caring a damn about the human world they were charged with taking care of let alone theirown dutites within Soul Society, so using his Bankai, he easily defeated each of them, and thusly moved to the spot of 6th Squad Captain.
