If you character is or becomes a Vizard, you stay at your current rank until you become trained with your mask, in which case you go up a rank in tier. If you lose control durring your untrained time, you temporarily gain a rank in tier.
Keep in mind, this power tier is merely a reference. How well you rp and train your character will also make a difference in your ranking. Just because you're a 13th seat doesn't mean you can't be as powerful as a 8th seat. All characters are to be determined as tier 23, unless discussed with staff first when creating the character, for if the character is being made for a captain slot or such.
If you wish to raise your character's level on the tier, start a training thread to start training. Label the thread as a Training Thread in the name some how. when you wish to place your character higher on the tier, place a request in this format:
Character Name: (your character's name)
Current Rank: (your spot in the tier as current)
Desired Rank: (what you're trying to go for, it should only be one rank up)
Links to Training Threads: (you don't go from 4th seat to vice captain level in one post)
Either the Head or Co-Administrator will review your training threads, and be the judge on if you should go up in tier. They will be judged on the quality of them, as well as to what you're trying to train.
